Girl Scout Cookie Selling Tips

While my Girl Scout troop does not sell cookies, I know that many of my readers do.  I am curious if you could share some of your best selling tips so that other readers could benefit.  Since you are putting so much time and effort into doing your sales, sharing your best ideas with each other will help all troop leaders who read my blog or search for cookie selling ideas.

That way you can be a "sister to every Girl Scout leader!"

So ladies, care to share?

  1. My best tip is to just ask. The worst people can say is no and most people love Girl Scout cookies, so you aren't going to hear that all that often.

Make it about the girl, not the parent. Sure you could take it in to work and pass it around but people are much more likely to say yes to a girl in her uniform, than they are to mom or dad with a sheet.

    1. That is a great answer! One of my biggest issues with cookie sales is that the girls only sell at the booths, and parents and other family members do the rest.
